Plaintiff, appellee herein, filed his petition in the Youngstown Municipal Court against defendant, appellant herein, for breach of contract of insurance. A credit group accident and health policy of insurance was issued by defendant to the Ohio Loan and Discount Company. Plaintiff obtained a loan from Ohio Loan and Discount Company and was issued a certificate of insurance effective February 10, 1960, as a member of the debtor group.
