This is an appeal by a plaintiff from the dismissal of his complaint at the end of the plaintiff's evidence. Wolf-Jurgen Hellriegel, plaintiff's teen-age son, was seriously injured when three of his friends tried to throw him into Lake Washington during an afternoon spent in water-skiing, sunbathing, and engaging in horseplay.
