Relator, Dino Conte, has petitioned to be released pursuant to a writ of habeas corpus on the ground that he has been illegally incarcerated since September 4, 1966. The reason given for such release is that pursuant to section 250 of the Correction Law, as amended, he was entitled to 10 days per month for "good time".
