This is an action by Conrad Hartwig against the defendants Robert E. Berggren and H. Jerry Berggren, and their respective spouses, and the Island Cattle Company, a copartnership, to enjoin the use of certain lands claimed by the plaintiff, and to quiet title to the lands in the plaintiff.
