The petition herein of the Co-ordinating Committee on Discipline preferred 13 charges against respondent, of which one was withdrawn during the hearings before the Referee. The Referee's report substantially sustains charges 1, 2, 3, 7, 11 and 12 and finds the remaining six charges not proven.
