The appellant was arrested on the charge of unlawfully driving away an automobile* and was brought before the judge of police court where he waived examination. Arraignment proceedings were held in circuit court where the defendant's plea of guilty was accepted. Defendant was sentenced to 3 to 5 years. A subsequent motion to set aside the plea was denied and defendant brings this appeal.
