This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of product claims 3 and 4 and process claims 5-7 in appellants' application1 entitled "Preparation of 5-Bis-(β-chlorethyl)-Aminomethyl Uracil Hydrochloride."
