This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted Sandra Sue Ladd, and her father, J. R. Stump, defendants below, against Carroll Alan Ladd, plaintiff below.

Sandra Sue Stump and Carroll Alan Ladd were married on September 3, 1959. Two children were born to that union before they separated on April 3, 1964. Suit for divorce, custody of the two children and the division of community property was subsequently filed by Sandra Sue Ladd in Cause...
