COLEMAN, Justice.

This is a class suit against numerous defendants, including appellants, to remove the cloud on appellee's title to certain real estate created by recitations in its deed restricting the use of said tract to country club or residential use only. Appellee contended that the covenants were not part of a general plan or scheme involving the lands of appellants, but were personal to the grantor in the deed, who had conveyed the right to enforce the covenants...
