This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the examiner's rejection of claim 17, the sole claim remaining in application serial No. 125,538, filed July 20, 1961, for "Method of Placement and Splicing Vertical Reinforcement Bars for Concrete Columns and the Like."
