This is a case of first impression involving the relation of the Farm Credit Act to bankruptcy proceedings.

Farmers Federation Cooperative, Inc., (hereafter Federation) was adjudicated a bankrupt in February, 1963, and appellee H. Kenneth Lee was appointed trustee.
