Plaintiff, Pat H. Michael, appeals from a judgment denying his claim for workmen's compensation for a left inguinal hernia which he claims arose during the course of his employment on October 2, 1962.

The district court determined that plaintiff had suffered a left inguinal hernia in April of 1962 but that there was no proof that this injury arose out of plaintiff's employment, nor was written or oral...
