An indictment charging the Defendant-Appellant with violations of 18 U.S. C., § 472 was returned September 12, 1962, by the grand jury for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Northeastern Division, at Greeneville, Tennessee. On September 18, 1962, under U. S.
