Books, Inc., a distributor of paperback books, appeals from a $1500 fine imposed following a jury verdict that, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1465 and § 2(b),1 it had knowingly caused to be transported in interstate commerce for the purpose of sale or distribution Lust Job, an obscene book.
