Plaintiff-appellee Logwood sued Travis Bechtold and appellant railway company, seeking a personal judgment against both defendants for $2623.16 for ready mixed concrete sold to Bechtold, for interest, attorneys' fees and costs of suit, and plaintiff-appellee also sought to foreclose a mechanic's and materialman's lien on property belonging to appellant railway company.
