Plaintiff W. J. Hammer, Jr., recovered a judgment on a jury verdict for $25,000 for personal injuries arising out of a two-car collision. The jury found that Dallas Transit Company's bus driver was negligent in traveling on the wrong side of the road which proximately caused the collision between Hammer's vehicle and defendant's bus.
