BLAND, Justice.

The only issues involved in this appeal are whether or not Act No. 163 of The General Assembly of Arkansas for the year 1957 [Ark.Stat.Ann. §§ 50-405.1, 50-405.2 (Supp.1965)] is constitutional and whether or not a deed executed in conformity with its provisions is sufficient to terminate an estate tail. The facts are stipulated by the parties.
