This appeal from a jury trial concerns the inclusion in the trial court's judgment on one sentence reading as follows:

"It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the residence of Dana Jean and Dwight Marshall Lebowitz shall not be changed from Nueces County, Texas, and that such children shall not be permanently removed from such county and state, subject...
