The will in question was admitted to probate in the County Court of Young County upon the application of Addie Adele Furr, daughter of the testatrix, Fannie Belle Furr. The will was probated over the contest of E. E. (Ellis) Furr and G. F. (Grover) Furr, sons of Fannie Belle and brothers of Addie Adele.
