This is an action for damages for personal injuries growing out of the collision of two automobiles. Judgment was for plaintiff for $6,000. Defendant appealed to the Kansas City Court of Appeals. That court reversed and remanded for a new trial because of error in the giving of an instruction on humanitarian negligence.
