Beard, brought this suit as beneficiary to recover from appellant, Republic National Life Insurance Company, for accidental death benefits due under a group insurance policy issued by appellant to Star Engraving Company. The insured, Neal B. Beard, was an employee of Star Engraving Company and was issued a certificate of insurance under the group policy.
