This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the district court of Lea County, New Mexico, which reviewed a final order of the New Mexico Public Service Commission. The Commission considered an application by Hobbs Gas Company, a sole proprietorship owned by Vernah S. Moyston. The Commission's final order determined that the rate schedules filed by petitioner, Hobbs Gas Company, were excessive and directed petitioner to file new rate schedules designed...
