Appellant, Harry R. Smith, was indicted for entering a federally insured bank with intent to commit a felony; to wit, a larceny, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113 (a).1 He was found guilty by a jury and was sentenced to prison for a term of twenty years.
