Action for damages for injuries to person and property as the result of an intersection collision of automobiles. The case was submitted upon instructions permitting a verdict for plaintiff for primary negligence of defendant in failing to keep a vigilant and proper lookout and upon humanitarian negligence of defendant in failing to stop. Verdict for plaintiff for $4000 on account of personal injuries and for $250 on account of property damage...
