This cause is before the Court on the motion of the defendant Taylor challenging the jurisdiction of this Court over her by reason of the service of process under what is now called the Oregon "Long-Arm Statute,"1 as made applicable to the federal courts under Rule 4 (d) (7), (e) and (f), F.R.Civ.P.
