NOBLE, Justice.

Joe Ray Chavez has appealed from the judgment and sentence imposed following his conviction by a jury of unlawful possession of heroin.

Two grounds are urged for reversal: (1) that the affidavit supporting the search warrant did not allege that the affiant was a legal voter in this state, and (2) that it was error to permit a police officer to testify as to the appearance of persons under the influence of heroin. We reject...
