Asbury Thompson, Jr. is a prisoner and inmate of the U.S. Penitentiary at Atlanta, Georgia. He filed a complaint in the Perry Circuit Court against "Miners Hospital, Chief Jailer, Perry County, Kentucky and State Trooper Deese and Perry County, Kentucky," in which he stated that his constitutional and civil rights had been violated.
