Ollie Simpkins and his wife, Zodie, brought this suit against Tyler Mirror & Glass Company and its employee, Alan Mauldin, for damages allegedly sustained by Zodie Simpkins when she was struck by a truck driven by defendant Mauldin. Several acts of negligence on the part of defendant Mauldin were alleged to be the proximate cause of various injuries sustained by Zodie Simpkins on the date in question.
