This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Howard Williams, in a suit arising out of a collision between the plaintiff's automobile and a freight train at a railroad crossing. The collision occurred on April 16, 1962, at about 4 A.M., in rural Marengo County, Alabama, near the City of Thomaston.
