On December 31, 1964 petitioner, Jewel Box of Charlottesville, Inc., t/a Lowe's Jewelers (hereinafter referred to as Lowe's) petitioned this court for review of an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy of December 22, 1964. Thereafter on March 12, 1965 counsel for the trustee moved the court to remand this matter to the Referee for the taking of further evidence.
