This action was brought to recover for injuries allegedly occasioned by the negligence of the City of Chicago in failing to maintain a public crosswalk. The Chicago Transit Authority was also named as a defendant but was directed out of the case at the end of plaintiff's evidence. The jury returned a verdict for the City of Chicago and plaintiff appeals. No appeal...
