CANCIO, District Judge.

This is a suit in Admiralty by a longshoreman brought in personam against the owners of the motor vessel Venus. Libelant alleges that he suffered personal injuries in the port of San Juan while the vessel was being discharged. He further alleges that his injuries were due to an unseaworthy condition of the vessel.
