ROBINSON, Justice.
On the 18th day of January, 1964, Mrs. Bernice Maxwell, Administratrix, filed suit in the Perry Circuit Court to replevy a pickup truck from May Maxwell. On the 13th day of February, 1964, the defendant filed a general demurrer to the complaint. The cause was set for pre-trial conference for the 18th of April, 1964; the defendant failed to appear, and default judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff.
