Plaintiff in this case seeks to compel defendant to arbitrate a grievance arising out of a so-called territorial realignment put into effect by the defendant. Article V of the contract between plaintiff and defendant provides for the settlement of grievances. Subsections (a), (b) and (c) of that Article relate only to the discharge of district agents.
