NESBETT, Chief Justice.

In this appeal we are required to construe the rights and responsibilities of the parties with relation to a sewerage system constructed in 1955 to serve a federally financed housing development.

In 1951, appellant corporation purchased sufficient land near Fairbanks, Alaska, upon which to construct approximately 150 houses. Negotiations were eventually consummated whereby appellant's loan application to Alaska Housing...
