H. H. Alvord, Jr., was the original plaintiff in this suit. He was the successor in title of all the properties that had previously been owned by Natural Gas Production Company, Inc., hereinafter called Natural. Tenneco Corporation, et al, as defendants, were sued by H. H. Alvord, Jr., for the purpose of construing certain contracts. A summary judgment was granted in the case in favor of the defendants, and an appeal was taken to the Twelfth Court...
