Nelson & Company, Inc., alleging that General Trimming Products, Inc. had sold goods, wares and merchandise to Sparks for which he was indebted to it in the sum of $732.15 which he had failed to pay upon demand being made of him, also seeking to recover from Sparks $350.00 attorney's fees.
