This action is before the Court on two cross motions for summary judgment filed by the plaintiff and the defendants. In his complaint the plaintiff seeks review of the decision of the District Director of Internal Revenue to remove the plaintiff from his position of Criminal Investigator with the Internal Revenue Service.
