STEPHENSON, Justice.

This is an eminent domain case and involves a partial taking of land for the purpose of widening an existing highway. Judgment was rendered upon a jury verdict and the State appealed.

Issues were submitted to the jury concerning the value of the land taken, and the value of the remainder before and after the taking. No complaint is made as to the finding by the jury as to the value of the land...
