Plaintiffs and cross-defendants Sloan, hereinafter referred to as landowners, appeal from a judgment which denied them any relief on their complaint for damages for trespass against defendant's intestate, hereinafter referred to as logger, and which awarded defendant and cross-complainant administratrix1 $63,899.63 damages upon a cross-complaint for breach of a contract for the sale of timber.
