The question presented on this appeal is whether, under certain circumstances, the trial court has the discretion to extend the time for a garnishee to file an answer.

Facts. On September 28, 1965 Mr. and Mrs. Lewis (appellants) procured a judgment in circuit court against one Robert Tribble in the total sum of $6000. The judgment was filed for record October 11, 1965. On October 12, 1965 appellants caused a Writ of Garnishment to issue...
