LAYTON, District Judge.

This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

Petitioner, William H. King, was convicted by a jury in the Superior Court for the State of Delaware on a charge of attempting to bribe a State official. The trial was held on June 24 and 25, 1963. Sentence was imposed on February 12, 1964. Petitioner took a direct appeal from his conviction to the Supreme Court of Delaware on issues not relevant to the instant petition...
