In its present stance this case presents what is in the main a pleading problem. The plaintiff brought his complaint alleging that he had long been a judgment creditor of a corporation known as Boulevard Gardens and that "on or about December 29, 1955 (the corporation) conveyed essentially all of its property to (the defendant) by Quit-Claim Deed recorded in the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds in Book 2255, page 446 for the purpose of defrauding...
