Plaintiff brings this action to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, which determined that she was not entitled to a period of disability or to disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423(a). Because of the determination on plaintiff's claim, claims for Child's Insurance Benefits submitted on behalf of plaintiff's two minor children...
