BURNETT, Chief Justice.

The plaintiffs in error were indicted in two separate cases, but these were consolidated and tried together. In one case these plaintiffs in error were charged with robbery and larceny from the person. In the other case these plaintiffs in error, along with a third party, are charged with keeping a gaming house, gaming and professional gambling.

They were convicted in the first case of larceny from the person and sentenced...
