Plaintiff has sued for infringement of its patent (Dangelmajer, U. S. Patent No. 2,643,983) on a composition of matter useful in compression molding of buttons and other articles in which a "mother-of-pearl" appearance of light reflected from depth ("integral sheen") is desired. It has been concluded that plaintiff's patent is invalid and that defendants' practice did not infringe. Separate findings of fact and conclusions...
