Plaintiff, McCotter Motor Company, appeals from an order of dismissal entered on the basis of lack of jurisdiction by the Court of Record in and for Brevard County, Florida.

That court was created by Chapter 61-605, Laws of Florida, 1961. Its jurisdiction was limited to "cases at law in which the demand or value of property in controversy" is not less than $500.00 and does not exceed $5,000.00.
