Appellees, Paul H. and Irma W. Leech, were occupants of an automobile that collided with an automobile driven by William E. Howard, minor son of H. T. Howard, Sr. Both Howards were parties respondent in this suit, but did not join in this appeal.

Mr. and Mrs. Leech both filed suit in the circuit court of Macon County against William E. Howard to recover damages growing out of the automobile collision. The defendant Howard was driving his father...
