PATTERSON, Justice:

This is a workmen's compensation case growing out of a claim for total and permanent injury and disability caused by contact dermatitis.

The claimant is an illiterate Negro nearly 70 years of age. Since 1922 he has been engaged as a cement finisher in the construction business. He was employed by Sam Harvey in 1934 and worked for him until Harvey and one Goodman formed the G & H Construction...
