Plaintiffs, as administrators of the estate of Teodocio Yorba, deceased, filed this action to obtain a judgment declaring the estate and heirs of Yorba to be the owners of a 7/11ths interest in a tract of land defendant claims entirely. Judgment decreeing the estate and heirs of Yorba had no interest in the land followed an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment, and a further order denying plaintiffs' motion for judgment on the pleadings...
